great hotel and location

kind staff clean room nice bathroom good breakfast

the staff was very kind and helpful. the room was big and clean, and the bathroom was very nice. i liked the rituals soap. i had enough space to put luggage and clothes. there was a fridge in the room, nice. the breakfast had lots of options. the hotel is within walking distance of most sightseeing spots.

The hotel facilities and rooms are generally good. Though what was great. it was very damp and dark, even though the hotel clearly had rooms above the second floor! i don't understand why the front desk did this.

the location are great, near everything. staff was helpfull always. Bath towels were very LARGE and soft.

underwhelming breakfast musty smell

The breakfast was quite underwhelming. It would have been better to just grab something at a local café. the room had a faint musty smell. I think the building's old foundation is to blame. I wonder if they checked for mold behind the drywall. I aired out the room thoroughly, but it was still noticeable.
