The staff at reception was great! I found all the receptionists helpful and friendly. Each interaction proved enjoyable. The room I stayed in was large and very comfortable, for sure.

The hotel facilities and rooms are generally good. when I checked in, I was directly assigned to the second floor below ground. It was very damp and dark, though the hotel had rooms above the second floor. I was unhappy about that decision.

the staff was very kind and helpful. the room was big and clean, and the bathroom was very nice. i liked the rituals soap. i had enough space to put luggage and clothes. there was a fridge in the room, nice. the breakfast had lots of options. the hotel is within walking distance of most sightseeing spots.

The hotel facilities and rooms are generally good. Though what was good. it was very damp and dark, even though the hotel clearly had rooms above the second floor! i don't understand why the front desk did this.

The breakfast was quite underwhelming. It would have been better to just grab something at a local café. the room had a faint musty smell. I think the building's old foundation is to blame. I wonder if they checked for mold behind the drywall. I aired out the room thoroughly, but it was still noticeable.
